• First, verify that the input voltage to the motor driver is correct, all wiring is proper, and the driver settings are configured appropriately.

• Confirm that both the R-CS and R-SL adjustable potentiometers are set to 100%.

• If the maximum speed is still not achieved after the above steps, you can disconnect the DBLC-01, connect the brushless driver's +5V to SV, and use a switch between EN and GND to control the motor start. The motor will then run at its default maximum speed.
