Why It Shows No Shipping Options, Can STEPPERONLINE Ship to My Country or Address?

Typically, when you see the prompt "No Shipping options are available," there could be a few possible reasons, including:

The weight of the items in the order exceeds the maximum limit for shipping calculation. 

Below are some reference maximum weights:

China	0 - 89kg
The United States	0 - 50kg
Germany	0 - 50kg
The United Kingdom	0 - 20kg
Australia	0 - 22kg
Poland	0 - 50kg
Japan	0 - 30kg
France	0 - 30kg

When your weight exceeds or approaches the weights mentioned above, please contact our customer service representative. Typically, you will receive real-time and more favorable shipping rates.

The products you have selected are from different warehouses and cannot be merged for checkout.

When there are multiple warehouses in an order, the order will be shipped from multiple addresses, requiring different shipping calculation formulas to be called. Currently, our website can support the following combination of shipments from two warehouses in one order:

If your destination country is not listed above, you will need to split an order into two orders, one for each warehouse.

Please note that orders shipped from multiple warehouses are also subject to the weight limits in point 1.

It should be noted that currently only "Chinese warehouse and German warehouse" and "Chinese warehouse and US warehouse" are supported for combined freight calculation.
