How to Get a Commercial Invocie or a Proforma Invoice?
If you have completed your order, the order invoice will be automatically sent to your email after the payment is successful. If you have not received the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find the email, or if you believe the attached invoice does not meet your requirements, you can contact our online customer service to modify the invoice.
If you have not yet completed the order, but would like to have a preliminary proforma invoice so that other colleagues can execute the order, you can add the products to your shopping cart, select "Bank Transfer / PO / Invoice" as the payment method, and you will receive a formal invoice containing all the costs without the need to make an immediate payment. You can use this invoice as a quote.
