How to Handle Duplicated Orders?
If you found duplicated orders in your order history, please first confirm whether the order has been successfully charged.
There are usually two situations:
If only one of the duplicate orders was successfully charged, there is no need to worry. STEPPERONLINE will take care of shipping the successful order in a timely manner, while the duplicate order that was not successfully charged will not be processed.
If two or more of the duplicate orders have been successfully charged, please contact STEPPERONLINE as soon as possible via the chat box in the lower right corner of the website. We will do our best to prevent the duplicate orders from being shipped and arrange for the corresponding orders to be refunded after they have been successfully intercepted. During this period, we will be in contact with you at all times.
