Recommended Steps for Customers After Receiving the Order Package

Dear Valued Customer,

To protect your rights, please follow these steps upon receiving your package:

1. Retain All Packaging
   Keep all materials (including outer box, inner padding, and shipping label) for at least 7 days for potential verification.

2. Immediate Inspection Recommended
   • Ideally check the contents upon delivery with the courier present.
   • Verify product model(s), quantity, and physical condition against your order.

3. If Issues Are Found
   Immediately document by photographing:
   • All sides of the outer packaging (clearly showing shipping label)
   • Close-up of product identification labels
   • Any damage/defects (with a reference object for scale)

4. Preserve Evidence
   Do not discard any original packaging – we may require:
   • Official damage report from the carrier within 48 hours
   • Additional documentation for insurance claims
