Can the A6 Series Servo Motor Operate on 120V AC, 60Hz?
The standard power supply voltage range for the A6 series servo drive is AC 200-240V, as indicated on our product label:

They are well-suited for countries with a regional voltage of AC 220V. However, for regions like the Americas, where the industrial power grid is typically AC 110/120V, please note: You cannot directly power the A6 servo with AC 110/120V. This will cause a fault alarm. The servo motor will not operate at a reduced performance level due to the lower voltage; it simply does not meet the drive's power requirement.
If you only have access to AC 110/120V, STEPPERONLINE recommends the following solution:
Use a step-up transformer to convert AC 110/120V to the required AC 220V for the servo drive. For example:

(Note: Please select the transformer based on the power rating of your servo motor.)
