Change Your Order Information

When you want to modify an order after placing it, there are usually several situations:

1. Modify the payment method

The normal process is to ship the goods after receiving the payment. Therefore, if your payment has failed or has not been made yet, you can modify any information in the order. You can even ignore the current order and place a new correct order, and we will regularly cancel useless orders. For orders that need to modify the payment method, we have two options: PayPal and Stripe. After receiving your request, we will provide you with a payment link, and you can directly make the payment.

2. Modify the product quantity, model or shipping warehouse

If you need to modify an order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours. We will try our best to stop your order, but we cannot guarantee 100% success. For successfully stopped orders, we will notify you as soon as possible and confirm the modified content with you. If there is a change in the amount, we will discuss with you and make adjustments accordingly.

3. Modify the shipping address

For orders that have not been shipped, we can probably modify the address. For orders that have already been shipped, we probably cannot modify the address, except for orders shipped from Chinese warehouses. 

For orders shipped from China, we still have the opportunity to modify the address after the order is shipped. After receiving the request to modify the address, we will contact our logistics provider as soon as possible. The success of the modification depends on the logistics provider, and we will keep in touch with you in real-time. 

Modifying the address in this situation may involve additional fees charged by the logistics provider. These fees will only be charged after the address is successfully modified, and will not affect the product fees if the address modification fails.
