EV200 Debugging Steps

EV200 no-load test

Connect the power cord of the inverter, connect the control line according to the functions to be achieved by the inverter, and become familiar with the operating buttons of the inverter.

Set parameters in order: PP-01=1, P0-02, P4-11, P1-00, P1-01, P1-02, P1-03, P1-04, P1-05.
When running the inverter without load, adjust the operating frequency of the inverter to 0-50HZ. If the operation is normal, proceed to the next step; if there is any abnormality, check the parameter settings and wiring.

Frequency converter drives the motor to run without load

The output end of the EV200 is connected to the motor, and it is powered on and runs without load. According to the preset start and stop methods and the frequency control method, the motor operating frequency is controlled between 0-50HZ. If the motor does not rotate, the fault code displayed on the panel can be viewed and based on the Use the fault code table in the manual to troubleshoot the fault. If the running frequency is incorrect, change the keyboard to control start, stop and set the frequency to see if the motor frequency is running correctly. If it is controlled by the keyboard and runs normally, check the control signal.
If the motor runs normally without load, proceed to the next step.

Frequency converter drives the motor to run under load

If a fault occurs when the motor is running, it can be handled according to the fault code table.
For example, if an overcurrent and overload fault is reported, the acceleration time can be extended and the torque boost parameter P3-01 can be appropriately increased.
