How to Configure the IP Address and Device Name for the A6-PN Series Drive Directly via Software?

Here, we explain how to set the Device Name and IP Address for the A6-PN series drive:

First, connect the PC directly to the CN3 or CN4 port of the A6-PN series servo drive using an Ethernet cable. Then, open the network configuration section within the drive configuration software and follow the illustrated steps to set the servo's

device name and IP address.

Select Network Adapter: Choose the network adapter of your PC that is directly connected to the servo drive.

Scan for Devices: Initiate a scan to discover the connected drive.

Enter Details: Enter the desired Device Name and IP Address.

Apply Settings: Set/assign the Device Name and IP Address to the drive.

Finally, perform a rescan to confirm that the IP address and device name have been successfully set.
