How to Install the Output Shaft of the Worm Gearbox

Preparations before installation

1. Preparation tools: circlip pliers

2. Check parts: Verify the number and type of parts and make sure all parts are complete and intact.

• Circlip
• Flat Washers
• Key

• Shaft

• Reduction box body

Installation Steps

1. Install the key onto the shaft. Please note that the key connected to the gearbox is installed first.

2. Insert the shaft into the input hole of the gearbox

3. Install the flat washer

4. Install the circlip

5. Finish Installation
