Motor Types That the Brackets on Sale Can Match

The motor bracket is a mechanical component used to support and fix the motor. When the motor is running normally, the high-speed rotation of the motor rotor will generate inertial force. If the motor is not supported and fixed by a bracket, it will cause the motor to shake, which will not only cause machine noise, but also accelerate motor damage and affect its service life.

Taking the following bracket and motor as an example (as shown in the picture), you need to confirm the following dimensions before choosing an appropriate bracket for the motor:

The distance inside the bracket cannot be smaller than the size of the motor base.

The diameter of the motor convex plate cannot be larger than the through hole size of the bracket.

The distance between the mounting holes of the motor and the bracket must be consistent. The mounting hole diameter of the bracket cannot be smaller than the mounting hole diameter of the motor.

The brackets currently on sale in STEPPERONLINE are all designed based on the standard dimensions of stepper motors. For this reason, we have specially provide with a table for your reference. We hope it will be helpful for you to choose the bracket.
