Why is My Order Status Still Pending in My Account Despite the Successful Payment?

If you have paid but the order status is pending, it is usually because STEPPERONLINE has not received the corresponding payment.

Although you have paid, the order funds have not yet reached your STEPPERONLINE account. The time required to process your payment depends on the payment method you used, and it may also vary by bank and country/region.
