Can Stepperonline's Closed-Loop Drives Feedback Rotational Speed?

Our closed-loop stepper drives utilize built-in high-performance control algorithms to monitor the motor's actual speed and position in real-time, dynamically adjusting the output to precisely match the target speed. This closed-loop system ensures highly stable motor operation and rapid response.

Can your stepper motors use encoder feedback to obtain speed pulses?

Our pulse-type closed-loop drives are a highly integrated solution designed to provide users with "plug-and-play" precise motion control without the need to handle complex underlying feedback data. Therefore, the current version does not expose communication interfaces for real-time monitoring of internal data. All feedback information is automatically processed internally by the drive to optimize performance.

Our bus-type closed-loop stepper drives form a complete full-closed-loop control system. They not only collect and track the motor's actual position and speed information with high precision in real-time but also feedback these critical motion data to the host controller through efficient bus communication. This bidirectional data flow ensures synchronous perception and control of the motor status, providing a solid data foundation for precise motion planning and dynamic response.
