Can the Encoder of the iSV57T Series Product Be Read by an External Controller Like a PLC?

The iSV57T series is an integrated, compact servo system that combines a motor, encoder, and drive into a single unit. It supports pulse control and features RS232 communication for software configuration. However, due to its integrated design, the external control interface does not provide access ports for the encoder feedback signal. Only the control input ports (Pulse/Direction), alarm output ports, and the RS232 configuration port are available.

For applications that require reading the encoder information with a PLC or other external controller, this product does not support that functionality. It is also not recommended to attempt this via the RS232 port, as STEPPERONLINE does not publicly disclose the RS232 communication protocol.
