Causes of the "nr" Alarm on the A6 Series 1000W Servo Driver

According to the drive manual, the explanation is as follows:


The root cause is related to the power input to the drive. Based on customer feedback, the "nr" (Servo Not Ready) display after power-on accounts for 99% of cases for the 1000W servo drive, and there is typically only one reason: the main circuit of the drive has no power input.


As shown in the diagram below, the 1000W drive supports three-phase 220V input.


L1C/L2C are the control circuit power input terminals.


R/S/T are the main circuit power input terminals.


Many users overlook the connection to R/S/T, which leads to the drive displaying "nr".


For reference, here is the connection diagram for a single-phase 220V power input for both the main and control circuits.


Once the main and control circuit power connections are correct, the drive will display "rd" (Servo Ready).
