It has the advantages of fast rotation, small size, lightweight, low material consumption, low noise and low vibration.

Points that should be paid attention to when purchasing a spindle motor:

Sufficient output power, the spindle load properties of CNC machine tools are similar to "constant power", that is, when the machine tool's electric spindle speed is high, the output torque is small;
When the spindle speed is low, the output torque is large; that is, the spindle drive device is required to have "constant power" properties; speed adjustment range: In order to ensure that the CNC machine tool is suitable for various cutting tools and processing materials; it is suitable for various Different processing techniques require the spindle motor to have a certain speed range.
Speed accuracy: Generally, the static error is required to be less than 5%, and the higher requirement is less than 1%;
Fast: The spindle drive device is sometimes used for positioning function, which requires it to also have a certain degree of speed.

Parameter selection:

According to the cooling method, it can be divided into water-cooled spindle and air-cooled spindle.
Spindle motor power specifications are 1.5KW/2.2Kw/3.0KW/3.5KW.
Input voltages include 110VAC, 220VAC, and 380VAC (must be output through an inverter and cannot be directly used for ordinary household electricity)
Collet type: ER11, ER20, ER25
