How to Connect Brushless Driver?

Wiring of brushless driver and brushless motor

When connecting the brushless driver and brushless motor, you need to connect the motor power line (U, V, W) and Hall sensor line (+5V, GND, A, B, C) to the corresponding motor port (MA, MB, MC) and sensor port (+5V, GND, HA, HB, HC) of the driver according to the data sheet of the brushless motor. In most cases, if the power line and Hall line of the brushless motor have the same color, the thicker line is the power line of the motor and the thinner line is the Hall sensor line.

Wiring of brushless driver at maximum speed

Our brushless driver only needs to connect +5V and SV, and use a switch between EN and GND to control the start of the motor, so that the motor can run at maximum speed. If you only need the motor to run at a specific speed and do not need to change the speed, follow this wiring method and use the built-in potentiometer on the driver or connect a resistor in series between +5V and SV to set the speed of the motor.

Wiring when using a potentiometer to adjust the speed of a brushless driver

If you need to adjust the speed of the motor simply, you can use a potentiometer or adjustable resistor to adjust the speed of the motor. Connect the two fixed ends of the potentiometer to the +5V and GND of the driver, and the adjustment end to the SV port of the driver.

Wiring of brushless driver using DBLC-01

If you use our DBLC-01 for speed regulation, you only need to connect the cable of DBLC-01 to the corresponding port of the driver.

Wiring of brushless drivers using other controllers

In addition to the above speed regulation methods, our brushless drivers also support other speed regulation methods, such as analog speed regulation and PWM speed regulation. When wiring, you only need to connect the controller signal line to the SV port of the driver.
