Why Does an Error Occur When Modifying the Peak Current of the T-Series Closed-Loop Drive Using MotionStudio?
Our T-Series closed-loop drives, such as the CL42T-V41, CL57T-V41, and CL86T-V41, support external knob adjustment of the current. To simplify usage, each drive model is pre-configured with multiple output current levels of different magnitudes:

This allows users to freely select the most suitable output current based on the motor's rated current (For instructions on how to select the current, please refer to: How to Set the Current on Stepper Driver, RMS or Peak?.
However, in certain extreme cases (requiring smaller or larger output current), where the external knob levels are insufficient, more detailed adjustment via the drive's MotionStudio configuration software is necessary, as shown in the figure:

If you encounter an inability to modify the value or receive an "Invalid Parameter" error prompt during adjustment, please check if the external yellow knob is set to the default "0" position. If it is not, an error will be reported. Only when the knob is at position '0' will the drive's peak current be determined solely by the value set in the software.
